To do so, their affiliate insurance and provider companies work in tandem to provide plan members with extensive dental coverage and quality dental care.

  Willamette Dental plan members must  see Willamette Dental providers for care
  • 250+ Dentists, 150 Hygienists and 320 Dental Assistants
  • Providers must meet and maintain the highest level of credentialing standards
  • Over 60 offices in Oregon, Washington & Idaho
  • Most office locations open Monday - Saturday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Specialists include Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons, Endodontists and Denturists
Access goals for receiving care*
  • New Patient Appointment: 30 days
  • Regular Hygiene (cleaning) Appointment: 45 days
  • Non-Emergency Operative Appointment: 60 days
  • Emergency Appointments: Within 24-48 hours

  • No Annual Plan Maximum, No Deductibles
  • Low or no out-of-pocket costs for major services including crowns, bridges, and dentures

Emergency Care
 
In the unfortunate event of a dental emergency, please call the Appointment Center at (800) 461-8994.  Generally, members can be seen for a dental emergency within 24 - 48 hours.  If your regular dentist is unavailable, you will be scheduled to see the first available dentist in your area.
